- Neuron: Voice call interactions (call audio, transcripts, phone numbers/IDs, call duration, metadata)
- NeuronLens: Call recordings/transcripts for analytics (call summaries, sentiment). May include data about callers or staff.

- Pages visited, timestamps
2. How We Use Your Information
- Set up, manage, and provide Services
- Improve AI models, algorithms, and performance (with non-personal data)
- Business communication and responding to inquiries
- Site analytics, troubleshooting, security, and design improvement
- Fulfilling legal and contractual obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing or other purposes.
3. Disclosure of Information
3.1 Authorized Service Providers

Vendors are contractually bound to protect data confidentiality and use it only for VInfer’s purposes.

- Services are designed and targeted for Indian business organizations
- If minor's data is incidentally processed, it is only for providing client services; clients handle required consents/disclosures
